MEET THE SPARC TEAM ⚽🏃‍♂️🏥

We are proud to introduce Dr. Wesson Pious A. Espiritu, Head of SPARC and Section Head of Sports and Arthroscopic Surgery.

Dr. Espiritu completed his Residency Training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center and pursued further Subspecialty Training in Sports and Arthroscopic Surgery at the University of Hong Kong – Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong.

He also underwent specialized training in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound under Professor Gautam Das at Daradia: The Pain Clinic, India, allowing him to integrate advanced diagnostic and ultrasound-guided treatment techniques into his practice.

With expertise in sports injuries, ligament reconstruction, meniscal preservation, shoulder instability, tendon disorders, and minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, Dr. Espiritu is committed to helping patients return safely to the activities and sports they love.

As Head of SPARC, his vision is to bring together specialists in Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Spine Surgery, Rehabilitation Medicine, Wellness, and Nutrition to provide comprehensive, patient-centered musculoskeletal care under one roof.

SPARC is built to bring specialists together with one mission: restore movement, relieve pain, and help people return to the life they love.
