Overall, there were 94 live births among very young girls aged 10–14 years, and 4,516 documented live births within the 15–19 age group in Mimaropa, accounting for 4,610, or 3.07 percent, of the country's total adolescent birth rate.

However, Mimaropa’s registered live births are significantly lower than the three neighboring regions with the highest recorded data, namely, Calabarzon (19,018 live births), Central Luzon (17,107 live births), and National Capital Region (12,540 live births).
