𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔!

We cannot blame Montessorians for being conscious and sensitive about their grades. However, we should never forget that our health is what matters the most. We hope that 𝐘𝐎𝐔 never forget to take care of your mental health just as much as your physical one. For this reason, the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 club launched a small initiative to remind our fellow students to stay positive and look on the bright side.

Su***de Prevention Month 💛

You never know what someone may be going through behind their smile.

This month, let’s choose to listen, reach out, and care. A simple “Are you okay?” can mean more than we realize.

Let’s remind one another: You are not alone. You matter. 🫂

World Mental Health Day is a vital reminder that our mental well-being deserves our undivided attention. Remember, even the smallest acts of self-care have the power to create a profound, positive impact on your day and your overall health.

Today, make a conscious commitment to nurture your mind. Choose one of these intentional pauses—or one of your own—to invest in yourself:

• Carve out 15 minutes for a complete screen break.
• Intentionally reach out to connect with a friend.
• Step outside for a refreshing short walk.
• Take a moment to breathe deeply and recenter.

Your health, including the state of your mind, is your most valuable asset. Take a moment to decide what one thing you will do for yourself today and embrace it fully.
Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential.
