Sa mga pasilyo ng pampublikong ospital, ang malasakit ay hindi lamang basta damdamin—ito ay isang tulay ng pag-asa.

Para sa ating mga manggagawang pangkalusugan na nasa unang linya ng serbisyo publiko, ang bawat shift ay patunay ng walang-sawang empatiya.

Nasasalamin ito sa mapagkalingang tinig na nagbibigay-lakas-loob sa nag-aalalang pasyente, sa walang-pagod na pagtitiis sa gitna ng mahirap na duty, at sa pagbabalik ng dignidad sa mga kababayan nating dumarating sa ating mga pintuan dala ang kanilang kahinaan.

Ang maglingkod sa isang government hospital ay nangangahulugang humaharap sa matitinding hamon, kakulangan sa pasilidad, at mahabang pila. Gayunpaman, pinipili pa rin ng ating mga bayaning medikal na manguna gamit ang kanilang puso araw-araw. Tinitingnan nila ang lampas sa mga numero, mabibigat na trabaho, at pagod upang makita ang tunay na taong naghihintay ng paghilom.

Isang maigting na pasasalamat sa Provincial Government of Camarines Norte sa pamumuno ng ating Gobernador, Hon. Ricarte R. Padilla at Bise Gobernador, Hon. Joseph V. Ascutia sa pagdaraos ng Operation Tuli para sa bayan ng Sta. Elena na isinagawa sa SEDH.

Sa Operation Tuli Team ng Camarines Norte Provincial Hospital , sa pamamagitan ng kanilang Chief of Hospital, Dr. Harold Pocholo Mejia at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Sta. Elena District Hospital/ CNPH Annex sa suporta ng SEDH Chief of Hospital, Dr. Raymond V. Luzarraga, Administrative Officer V, Ma'am Ma. Ronna Eppie V. Pareja at Chief Nurse Mary Benjie R. Bandelaria, kasama ang lahat ng SEDH Staff at mga taong tumulong para sa aktibidad na ito.
