๐๐ข๐ข๐ | The ICI Peer Facilitators' Club joined the MIND UNLOCKED: Wellness Without Walls last January 28, 2026, held in NU FAIRVIEW. The event formally commenced with participant registration, allowing attendees to settle in and engage with fellow participants. This was followed by the welcome remarks, which set the tone of the program by emphasizing the importance of mental wellness, inclusivity, and the need to transcend traditional boundaries in addressing human well-being.
The seminar proper began with Plenary Session 1, titled โ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ค๐ฉ 2030: ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ฅ๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ท๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ,โ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐บ ๐๐ณ. ๐๐ช๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ฆ๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ฐ ๐. ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ช๐ณ๐ข. The speaker discussed the evolving role of technology in mental health and wellness, highlighting how innovation must remain deeply rooted in human values. He underscored the balance between technological advancement and ethical responsibility, encouraging participants to envision a future where mindtech serves humanity with compassion and purpose.

Following the plenary sessions, the program paused for a lunch break, providing participants with an opportunity to rest, reflect on the discussions, and engage in informal networking.
In the afternoon, the event transitioned into a series of workshops, where participants actively engaged in interactive discussions and activities aligned with the themes presented in the plenary sessions. These workshops aimed to deepen understanding, encourage collaboration, and equip participants with practical insights and skills related to mental wellness, innovation, empathy, and humanitarian service.
The event concluded with participants leaving with renewed perspectives, strengthened connections, and a shared commitment to advancing wellness without wallsโextending care, understanding, and action beyond conventional limits.
