We will be having a Mass Blood Donation this Friday, June 5, 2026.

PREPARATION BEFORE DONATING BLOOD:

1. Have enough rest and sleep.
2. Don't drink alcohol 24 hours prior to blood donation.
3. No medication intake at least 24 hours prior to donating.
4. Make sure you have eaten but avoid fatty foods.
5. Don't drink coffee/caffeinated beverages prior to donating.
