✨ PAALALA PARA SA MGA LALAKING MAHALAGA SA ATIN ✨

Madalas nating marinig na ang mga lalaki ay sanay na itago ang nararamdaman, minamaliit ang mga sintomas, o ipinagpapaliban ang pagpapakonsulta dahil akala nila “kaya pa naman” nila o “hindi naman ito malala.” Pero tandaan natin: ang kalusugan, lalo na ng ating puso, ay hindi dapat ipagpaliban hanggang sa lumala na ang lahat.

Ang puso ang nagbibigay-buhay sa ating katawan, kaya nararapat lamang na bigyan ito ng sapat na atensyon at pag-aalaga. Ang regular na check-up ay hindi tanda ng kahinaan, kundi patunay na pinahahalagahan mo ang iyong sarili at ang mga taong nagmamahal sa iyo. Sa pamamagitan nito, malalaman agad kung ano ang kalagayan ng iyong puso, maiaayos ang mga gawi na kailangang baguhin, at mapapangalagaan ang iyong lakas para mas marami pang panahon na makapiling ang iyong pamilya at mga kaibigan.

Kaya’t sa mga tatay, kuya, asawa, anak, kaibigan, at lahat ng lalaking mahalaga sa inyo: paalalahanan natin silang magpa-check up ngayon din. Kausapin sila nang may pagmamahal, ipaunawa na ang pag-aalaga sa sarili ay pagmamahal din sa mga taong nakapaligid sa kanila. Ang kalusugan ng puso ay mahalaga para sa lahat—pero may pagkakaiba kung paano at kailan ito nakakaapekto sa mga lalaki at babae. Ayon sa impormasyon, ang mga lalaki ay karaniwang nakakaranas ng kanilang unang atake sa puso nang humigit-kumulang 6 na taon na mas maaga kumpara sa mga kababaihan.

Bakit ito nangyayari? Maraming dahilan: Ang mga lalaki ay madalas na mas maagang nagkakaroon ng mga salik ng panganib tulad ng pagtaas ng kolesterol, mataas na presyon ng dugo, paninigarilyo, hindi tamang pagkain, at kakulangan sa ehersisyo. Bukod pa rito, ang mga hormone ng kababaihan tulad ng estrogen ay nagsisilbing proteksyon bago sila mag menopos kaya naman kadalasang lumalabas ang mga problema sa puso ng mga babae kapag mas matanda na sila, halos kapantay na ng edad ng mga lalaki noong nagkaroon sila ng sakit.

⚠️ PAALALA: Hindi ibig sabihin nito na ligtas ang mga babae o hindi na kailangang mag-ingat ng mga lalaki! Ang pagkakaiba sa edad ay gabay lamang, ang sakit sa puso ay nananatiling pangunahing sanhi ng pagkamatay ng lahat ng tao sa buong mundo, anuman ang kasarian. Marami rin ang hindi nakakaramdam ng malinaw na sintomas, o ibang pakiramdam ang nararanasan lalo na sa mga kababaihan.

✅ ANO ANG DAPAT GAWIN?

• Magpa-check up nang regular, kahit pakiramdam mo ay malakas ka

• Bantayan ang timbang, presyon ng dugo, kolesterol at asukal sa dugo

• Iwasan ang paninigarilyo at labis na pag-inom ng alak

• Kumain ng masustansya at gumalaw o mag-ehersisyo nang madalas

• Alamin ang mga senyales ng atake sa puso—mas maagang pagtugon ay mas malaki ang tsansang makaligtas!

Ibahagi ito sa iyong pamilya at mga kaibigan—lalo na sa mga tatay, kapatid, asawa o kaibigang lalaki para maagapan ang anumang panganib. Ang pag-aalaga sa puso ay pagmamahal din sa sarili at sa mga taong nagmamahal sa iyo. ❤️
