WITHDRAWAL OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2026-048
Please be informed that Executive Order No. 2026-048, entitled:
βAn Executive Order Declaring the Suspension of Classes and Work for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel in Public and Private Schools within the Municipality of Sergio OsmeΓ±a, Zamboanga del Norte on October 5, 2026, in Commemoration of World Teachersβ Dayβ
is hereby withdrawn and revoked prior to its effectivity.
Upon careful review of the existing laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the suspension of classes and work, the Municipal Government of Sergio OsmeΓ±a has determined that the said Executive Order shall no longer be implemented.
Accordingly, Executive Order No. 2026-048 shall have no force and effect and shall not be implemented. The suspension of classes and work provided therein is therefore deemed withdrawn, and regular classes, work, and school activities shall proceed as scheduled on October 5, 2026 (Monday), subject to any subsequent directive or announcement issued by the proper authorities.
All concerned teaching and non-teaching personnel, learners, parents, school administrators, and the general public are hereby advised to take note of this clarification and be guided accordingly.
The Municipal Government of Sergio OsmeΓ±a sincerely apologizes for any confusion, inconvenience, or disruption that the issuance of the foregoing Executive Order and this subsequent clarification may have caused. We respectfully ask for your understanding and cooperation.
