People often think my job as a DIETITIAN starts and ends with making diets.
But true wellness? It's so much more than what you put on your plate. It's about how you move through life.
Today, I tackled a 500-meter swim. I didn't dive in to burn calories; I did it to build resilience. When the water gets heavy, your muscles ache, and you hit that middle point where you just want to quit, that's exactly where strength and character are built.
I push through because I believe in practicing the hard work I ask of my clients every single day. It’s never about being perfect. It’s simply about showing up.
