In the busyness of life, we often take care of everyone else and forget to take care of ourselves. Yet our health is one of the precious gifts God has entrusted to us.
Listen to your body. Pay attention to signs of fatigue, persistent symptoms, stress, or discomfort. Small concerns, when addressed early, can prevent bigger problems later.
May we be faithful stewards of the health and life God has given us.

Nowadays, the heat feels overwhelming uncomfortable and draining. Yet even in this, there can be quiet blessings.
Warmth reminds us to slow down, hydrate, and care for our bodies more intentionally. It helps our muscles relax and nudges us to listen more closely to what our body needs.
“Even the heat, though not easy, can shape our habits and deepen our mindfulness toward health. And in those small choices, we honor God.
If you ever need guidance on staying well in this kind of weather—simple tips, small adjustments, or a place where you can ask and be guided with care—my little health space is always open for you

After the Flood: Protect Your Health, Trust God’s Care
Floods bring not only water, but also health risks diarrhea, leptospirosis, skin infections, and mosquito-borne diseases. Protect yourself and your family:
*Drink only clean, boiled, or bottled water
*Wash hands often and keep wounds clean
*Avoid wading in floodwater if possible
*Make sure surroundings are dry and free from stagnant water
*Eat nutritious food and rest well
As we care for our health, let’s not forget that our greatest protection comes from the Lord. Even when the waters rise, God remains our firm foundation. Stay safe, stay healthy body, mind, and spirit.

When we see the signs Jesus mentioned in the Holy Bible wars, calamities, and distress these remind us that His coming is near. Yet, God does not want us to live in fear but in faith, peace, and readiness of heart.
Part of this readiness is caring for our health. The Bible teaches that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Keeping it well is an act of worship showing gratitude for the life and strength God has blessed us with. Let us stay faithful and live healthfully as we await His return.
You’re welcome to visit my wellness corner where faith and wellness walk together.
