Bakit ba kayo kinakabahan na lumagpas sa due date? Wala dapat ipag-worry mga momsh. Guide lang yang EDD. Think positive para lumabas si oxytocin (ang labor hormone).

Alam nyo ba na ang oxytocin is the love hormone. So dapat the feeling of being love ang pakiramdam nyo while waiting. Not worry, fear or anxiety. Dahil pag ganyan pakiramdam nyo, lalong hindi lalabas so oxytocin. Instead stress hormones ang irelease ng katawan nyo, lalo lang hindi mag-on ang labor. Kaya think positive po! Ganyan talaga ang labor, puro paghihintay lang ang ginagawa. Huwag mainip, dahil walang nagagawa ang pagiging mainiipin. Hindi rin natin mamadali si baby.
