FREE ANTI-RABIES VACCINE NOW AVAILABLE!

The Sogod District Hospital Animal Bite Center is pleased to inform the public that the Anti-Rabies Vaccine is now FREE. Patients will only need to pay for the syringe to be used during vaccination.

📅 Vaccination Schedule: Every Tuesday and Friday ⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

To ensure a smooth and faster transaction, please bring the following requirements:

1. PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR)
2. Certificate of Indigency (issued by your Barangay)
3. Two (2) photocopies of a valid ID

For patients who are minors (under 18 years old):
Birth Certificate of the patient
Valid ID of the parent or legal guardian
