Today’s devotion is for those who are tired of carrying their Isaac alone. May God meet you in your Moriah. 🤍
📖 Scripture: (Genesis 22:14)
So Abraham called that place "The Lord Will Provide". And to this day it is said, ‘On the mountain of the Lord it will be provided.
🔍Observation:
Moriah was a place of surrender before it became a place of provision. God asked Abraham to lay down what he loved most, Isaac, not to take it away forever, but to show that He is the true Provider.
🪴Application:
God is also calling me to my Moriah—the place where I must surrender what I’m holding onto in fear. I may not fully understand the process, but I am learning to trust that the Lord will provide, even when the sacrifice feels heavy.
🙏 Prayer:
Lord, meet me in my Moriah. Help me surrender my Isaac and trust Your provision. Even when I cannot see the way, I choose to believe that You will provide. Amen.
