TEAMWORK FOR HEALTH:
Super Health Center IV's NIP Coordinator and Public Health Nurse II Ma’am Rosebert Jan Cirillo, alongside the Barangay Midwife of Agbannawag and DOH-HRH personnel, conduct an IEC on School-Based Immunization at Agbannawag Elementary School together with the teachers. The IEC guides Grade 1 parents through the vital benefits and side effects of Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccines to keep our community's children safe from vaccine-preventable diseases. 🏥🏫

🌸 BARANGAY LACNOG BUNTIS SERYE 2026 🌸
💗 “Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Mother, Healthy Baby!” 💗
A successful and meaningful Buntis Serye was conducted on October 6, 2026, at Lacnog Gymnasium, bringing together pregnant clients for an informative and empowering learning session.
🤰 The activity provided essential health information on Antenatal Care, Immunization, Nutrition, Family Planning, and Responsible Parenthood, promoting safe pregnancy and the health and well-being of both mothers and babies.
This activity was conducted in partnership with the Population Development Office (PopDev), together with the Barangay Lacnog officials, BHWs, and RHU 4 health staff, through a collaborative effort to strengthen maternal health and promote responsible parenthood in the community.

🏥 Tabuk Health Center IV, in collaboration with RCG Premier Foundation Inc., successfully conducted a TB Caravan and Medical Consultation at Purok 6, Agbannawag, Tabuk City!
🎉A total of 101 participants were catered to during the healthcare outreach mission.Alongside the medical check-ups, the team also led vital Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) sessions to empower the community with knowledge on:
