1. STAY INFORMED - Continuously monitor PAGASA heat index advisories and adjust activities accordingly.
2. ADJUST ACTIVITIES - Postpone, modify, or reschedule outdoor and strenuous activities especially from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
3. STAY HYDRATED - Drink plenty of water and take regular hydration breaks.
4. KEEP COOL - Stay in shaded, cool, and well-ventilated areas for rest and recovery.
5. DRESS APPROPRIATELY - Wear light, breathable clothing. Use caps/ hats, umbrellas, and other protective items.
6. FLEXIBLE ATTIRE - During periods of extreme heat, appropriate civilian attire may be allowed in lieu of the prescribed university uniform, when the nature of the activity permits.
7. BE AWARE - Disseminate heat-health advisories and precautionary measures through official university communication channels.
8. WORK TOGETHER - Strengthen coordination among Campus Administrators, CCA-DRRMC, Health & Ancillary Services, Security and Safety personnel, and other concerned offices.
9. KNOW THE SIGNS - Seek immediate medical help at the campus clinic or nearest health facility for severe symptoms: fainting, confusion, persistent vomiting, severe weakness, or loss of consciousness.
