✔️ Avoid to***co and keep your home smoke-free
✔️ Reduce exposure to indoor and outdoor air pollution
✔️ Eat a healthy, balanced diet
✔️ Stay physically active
✔️ Breastfeeding can help reduce the mother's risk of certain cancers
✔️ Avoid alcohol
✔️ Vaccinate children against HPV and Hepatitis B
✔️ Participate in recommended cancer screening programmes

Skin Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal skin cells, often caused by prolonged exposure to UV rays from the sun or tanning devices.

Protect your skin. Know the early signs with the ABCDE guide:

🔤 A – Asymmetry: one half doesn’t match
🔤 B – Border: irregular or uneven edges
🔤 C – Color: multiple or changing colors
🔤 D – Diameter: larger than 6 mm
🔤 E – Evolving: any change in size, shape, or symptoms

If you notice any of these, don’t ignore it.

These clinics range from: aesthetics, chiropractor, bone setters, and mental health clinics, who diagnose, prescribe medications, perform treatment procedures - a clear violation of the law!

Health as a basic human right must always be upheld, the illegal practice of medicine must be curbed to protect the general public. As in any unregulated practice, there is no responsibility for mistakes or complications - leading to poor quality of life.
