Port-site metastasis is real. 66F who underwent Diagnostic Laparotomy for a solitary omental recurrence of an Endometrial carcinoma. Referred for HIPEC after 2 months. Intraoperative findings revealed port-site metastases from all the working and camera ports. Tumors not previously seen were also found at the cul-de-sac, diaphragm and the small and large intestine. Operation done: En-bloc Antrectomy, Splenectomy, Total Colectomy, Partial Proctectomy, Wedge Resection of Liver Segments 3&4, Total Peritoniectomy.
