• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and records management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Able to meet deadlines and handle high-volume transmittal of claims
• With good communication and coordination skills
• Honest, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality of patient records
• Willing to render overtime when necessary to meet submission schedules

Preparedness saves lives. Tagum Doctors Hospital successfully conducted its Earthquake Drill in coordination with the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) TAGUM, which also led a comprehensive training to enhance our knowledge and emergency response capabilities.

Through this activity, our healthcare workers strengthened their skills in:

TDHI HR Leaders Take Centerstage in People Management!

Tagum Doctors Hospital, Inc. and People Management Association of the Philippines Davao del Norte Chapter congratulate TDHI Hospital Administrator Dra. Concepcion B. Balunos, FPSMS, CHA, DipHLM for having been sworn into office as one of the 2026 Board of Trustees of PMAP DavNor during the 23rd General Membership Meeting, Tur-Over Rites, Recognition Programme and Induction of Officers held on February 20, 2026 at the Grand Palm Villas and Hotel, Tagum City.

Attended by a multitude of both individual members and corporate member organizations, JPMApers, supporters and well-wishers, the installation was officiated by PMAP National President Engelbert Camasura, FPM and charged and witnessed by PMAP Tustee for Mindanao Dr. Kenneth Sanido, and PMAP Charter President Nelson P. Casiano, AFPM, respectively.

On the same occasion, TDHI HRMD Personnel Alma E. Saldana, Mira Joy C. Barbon and Rhea M. Dulay were also accorded with a Memento of Recognition for their invaluable service and contribution to the 2025 PMAP DavNor, under the leadership of the Chapter's Immediate Past President Nelson P. Casiano.

As a celebration of inclusion and collaborative leadership, the event was considered as a milestone for TDHI as it actively participates in raising the bar of excellence in people management (in the health sector) and in nation building.
