Inihahandog ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Capas sa pamumuno ni Mayor Roseller "Boots" Rodriguez at Vice Mayor Alex C. Espinosa, kasama ang Sangguniang Bayan ng Capas , sa pangunguna ng CAPAS - Municipal Health Office (MHO), ang pinalawak na pangkalingang medikal para sa bawat pamilyang Capaseño.

Habang tumatanda ang ating mga magulang, unti-unting naaapektuhan ng cataract ang kanilang paningin.
Ang dating malinaw na pagtingin sa mukha ng pamilya, paglalakad sa labas, pagbabasa, o panonood ng TV ay maaaring maging malabo at mahirap.
