Behind the Scenes: Preparation and Coordination
Every service begins with careful coordination:
• Pick-up coordination – Confirming the location, coordinating with the funeral attendant, and ensuring the necessary documents are secured (Hospital Release Papers or Barangay Death Verification Form).
• Embalming preparation – The embalmer is notified ahead of arrival, and the family gives consent before the process begins.
• Floral arrangements – Once a service package is selected, our florist prepares fresh arrangements for the service.
• Team coordination – The manager, funeral arrangement counselors, and utilities stay in constant communication to ensure everything is ready.
• Family guidance – Families are guided through the arrangements and service details, including the signing of the Funeral Service Contract.
Every step is handled with care so families can focus on remembering their loved one.
