3rd General Assembly | Treats, Teams, & Triumphs: United in Service

Last October 1, 2026, the Unihealth-Quezon family gathered for our 3rd General Assembly, with the theme “Treats, Teams, & Triumphs: United in Service.” The gathering was a meaningful opportunity for our employees to come together, strengthen teamwork, celebrate our shared accomplishments, and look ahead to the goals we continue to pursue as one hospital.

We were honored by the presence of our hospital officers who graced the occasion, including our President, Mr. Alexander E. Medina, Hospital Administrator Mr. Bueno B. Castillo, Medical Director Dr. Angelito S. Abadilla, and Administrative Officer Ms. April V. Ilagan. The event also served as the recognition and awarding ceremony for Sportsfest 2026, celebrating the teams and individuals who showed teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication throughout the competition.

Last September 30, Unihealth-Quezon proudly hosted the first Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Awareness event organized by the Department of Health (DOH) in Quezon Province, making Unihealth-Quezon the first hospital in the province to host an event of this kind.

With the theme “Stop AMR: Be Smart, Take Part, Protect Our Future,” the event brought together healthcare professionals, students, and participants from our barangay partners to raise awareness about antimicrobial resistance and promote the responsible use of antimicrobials.

The event was also graced by our Medical Director, Dr. Angelito S. Abadilla, and Administrative Officer, Ms. April V. Ilagan, whose presence and support highlighted Unihealth-Quezon’s commitment to promoting responsible antimicrobial use and strengthening awareness on AMR among healthcare professionals and the community.
