1. When is the flu season in the Philippines?

It coincides with the rainy season (July to December).

2. When is the best time to get vaccinated for flu?

As soon as the vaccine is available or at least 2-4 weeks before the flu season starts.

3. How often is flu vaccine given?

It is given annualy. You should get the flu shot every year to be protected from the latest strain of the virus.
