ONE HOUR Lang ✍️ Alam nyo Momshies..pag uwe ko ng bahay from clinic..lupaypay na sa pagod..if no chance na maka visit sa AF (i am a member w/program pa🤭).. this is what i do instead sa bahay = "sariling sikap maging fit🤭😅".. primarily not to achieve the summer body state but to reach the normal BMI for my built..cheap dumbbells lang and rubber mat..and your kiddos can join you with some music sa YT..🎶💪..esp now maulan☔️ bahay work out🌀🎶

So happy to be visited by one of my old patients..she's 8yo now, i took care of her here from birth until 5yo , then they moved to Rome.. and i am so glad to see you healthy and pretty girl and still gorgeous momshies pa rin.. From Rome with Love🫰🇮🇹❤️🙏 ingats pauwe ng Rome🫶
