​For Clients: We strictly prohibit requests for any services outside of our professional massage menu. Any inappropriate behavior, solicitation, or harassment towards our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and may publicly address such incidents to protect our team.

​For Staff: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any misconduct or activities that violate our professional ethics. Any staff member found engaging in behavior that compromises the reputation of our spa will face immediate disciplinary action and/or termination.
