The Provincial Government of Quezon officially marked a significant milestone in local healthcare with the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Building of the Quezon Provincial Hospital Network (QPHN)-Unisan, situated in Brgy. Muliguin, Unisan, Quezon.

This vital infrastructure project was spearheaded by the Provincial Government, led by Governor Angelina "Doktora Helen" Tan, alongside Vice-Governor Anacleto A. Alcala III, Board Members Meg Esguerra and John Joseph Aquivido, and Provincial Assessor Atty. Melojean M. Puache.
The ceremony was further graced by key partners and local officials, including:
-Congressman Reynan Arogancia (3rd District of Quezon)
-Representatives from the Department of Public Works and Highways (3rd District)
-Mayor Omar Veluz and the Sangguniang Bayan of Unisan
-Captain Robert Del Rosario and the Sangguniang Barangay of Muliguin
-The administration and staff of QPHN-Unisan, led by Chief of Hospital Dr. Jesus M. Calayag and Hospital Administrator Ms. Carina Lancion-Ayala, signifying a collective commitment to enhancing medical services and facilities for the people of Quezon.

The PhilHealth YAKAP Program Registration Drive and First Patient Encounter (FPE) were successfully facilitated at Brgy. Ilayang Cabulihan, Unisan, Quezon, marking a significant step toward localized healthcare integration. This initiative was executed in strategic partnership with the Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO-Gumaca) and in close cooperation with the Department of Labor and Employment Region IV-A (CALABARZON). By aligning the resources of these key agencies, the program ensured that residents were not only enrolled in the national insurance system but also provided with immediate access to primary clinical assessments. This collaborative effort underscores a unified commitment to enhancing social protection and health outcomes for the community's workforce and their families.
