May 4, 2026 | San Fernando, Bukidnon — Personnel of HRH San Fernando actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Convocation held on May 4, 2026, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the delivery of public service. The activity gathered employees and officials from various offices and departments to receive important announcements, discuss ongoing programs, and align priorities and goals for the succeeding months.
The convocation also served as an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie among employees while promoting transparency, accountability, and professionalism in the workplace. Key reminders, updates, and directions were shared to ensure that all personnel remain guided in carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities effectively.
Following the convocation, HRH San Fernando conducted its monthly meeting to discuss office matters, review accomplishments, and address current concerns and challenges encountered in daily operations. The meeting was joined by Development Management Officer IV Teddy O. Torres Jr., RN, whose presence further highlighted the importance of coordination and collaboration in achieving organizational goals and strengthening public health services.
During the meeting, HRH San Fernando also warmly welcomed four new HRH personnel assigned to the area. The new members were introduced to the team as part of the institution’s continuing efforts to strengthen healthcare services and support the growing needs of the community. Their addition is expected to contribute positively to the delivery of quality healthcare and public service in San Fernando, Bukidnon.
The monthly meeting encouraged active participation and open communication among staff, allowing each to share updates, concerns, and recommendations aimed at improving coordination and overall efficiency. Plans and strategies for upcoming activities and programs were also discussed to further enhance service delivery and maintain quality public service for the people of San Fernando, Bukidnon.
Through these regular meetings and participatory activities, HRH San Fernando continues to foster unity, commitment, and excellence among its personnel in fulfilling its mission to serve the community.
