FYI lang po!
Kindly keep a record of your child's vaccine record when going for check up . You can screen shot it and keep it on your cellfone or otherwise bring the baby book.
Most especially if your next pedia is not the one who gave the shots to your child.
A lot of information is vital from the records of the baby book. It will help us in diagnosing the condition of your sick child. Maraming salamat po. And one more thing wag po manghuhula sa bakuna ng anak nyo at mahirap magkamali po dito. May mga sakit na kritikal at hindi simple kaya please po( honesty is the best policy). And sad to say , hindi po Complete ang vaccine na galing sa health center( kaya naman po magresearch ngayon- wala po bulutong, flu, hepa A, typhoid, meningo , boosters, etc. etc.)
Sa mga private patients ko na sa akin nagpapavaccine( no worries naman po dito kasi nasa clinic ko na records ng anak nyo)😊
Masakit po kasi sa bangs pag alam nyo na po siguro ibig ko sabihin. Pag loves nyo anak nyo - give all the utmost care and protection- wag po unahin ang ibang luho sa buhay na hindi sure na pahahabain at gagawing healthy ang inyong buhay🤗

Ito po ang Pinggang Pinoy👍 Sa aking mga magulang at mga guardians🥰
Ito po ang ating guide para sa nutritious healthy meals - 3 major meals at 2 snacks ng ating mga chikiting at mga teens. Kung ano dapat laman ng isang plato ng anak ninyo. At kung ano ang dami o portion ng bawat pagkain ang dapat maubos sana nila. Para hindi malnourished di ba😊Buong pamilya ay need healthy food 👍Samahan ng tamang dami ng water at important sources ng calcium , iron, iodine, zinc , vitamins and minerals.
Meron din dapat healthy food si tatay , nanay. and lolo and lola.
