To our dear Valplay Parents and Guardians, please be guided by our official DSWD Guarantee Letter (GL) Process Flow and Requirements.

Following the correct process is very important to avoid incomplete documents, delays, and unnecessary repeat visits.

✅ Step 1: Complete Requirements 1–4
✅ Step 2: Proceed to Valplay for Requirements 5–6
✅ Step 3: Secure your Social Case Study Report
✅ Step 4: Submit the complete Requirements 1–7 to the appropriate DSWD Office

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Please complete Requirements 1–4 FIRST before requesting the Quotation and Endorsement Letter from Valplay.

Ako po SI Blezzy Marie Pamatian,nagdiagnosed po ako ng ASD Nung Ako ay tatlog taon at walong buwan gulang noong 2015.noong nagdiagnosed po ako,kaagad po ako sa TOTES doon Po ako nagsimulang nagtherapy at sa tulong po ni teacher jane.Ako po ay nakapagsalita,unti-unting po Ako marunong magsulat ng pangalan ko at lalong-lalo nakakapagsalita po ako dahil noon hindi po nakakapagsalita.ngayon po ang daldal ko na po at nasa grade 7 na po ako at patuloy po nagtetherapy sa VALplay Developmental Learning and Therapy Hub - Valenzuela City -Main sa tulong po ni teacher jane,teacher basil at sa ibang therapist.Maraming marami salamat po sa pagmamahal,paguunawa at sa pagtulong niyo po samin💜💜💜
