STEPS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION and ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE (A.Y. 2021-2022)
NEW STUDENT/TRANSFEREE

1. Register by clicking this online Google Form(https://forms.gle/9iYzXupE5v44VfAk9) and Submit the needed admission documents in JPEG or PDF file.
Wait for an SMS notification or personal message (PM)/email after the screening of your application by the Program Coordinators and / or Dean and also for the subjects and schedule of classes.

2. Fill – in the Pre Enrollment Form and submit the form (Make sure to fill up all the necessary information needed)

3. Accomplish the Online Entrance Exam and Student Inventory Exam by clicking the link emailed to you by [email protected].

4. Coordinate with the Finance Department for assessment and possible payment options/methods
