Ectopic pregnancy is pregnancy outside the endometrial cavity (pagbubuntis sa labas ng matres), kadalasan sa fallopian tube. Ito ay isang medical emergency kapag hindi naagapan dahil maaari itong mgdulot ng internal bleeding at panganib sa buhay ng pasyente.

⚠️Common symptoms are amenorrhea o delayed menstruation, lower abdominal pain and vaginal spotting o bleeding..
kung meron kyo netong tatlo, mag pregnancy test., if POSITIVE consult your obgyne immediately...

🤔This week, marami akong naultrasound na ectopic pregnancy. (Yung iba unruptured at iba ruptured na)

Lubos ko pong pinahahalagahan ang inyong pag-aalala. Napakalaking biyaya na hindi umabot sa aming clinic ang sunog at fire out na ang sitwasyon. Gayunpaman, taos-puso ang aming pakikiramay sa ating mga kababayang Muslim na nasunugan at nawalan ng mga paninda. Nawa'y mabigyan sila ng lakas upang makabangon at makapagsimula muli sa lalong madaling panahon. Patuloy po natin silang isama sa ating mga panalangin.🙏🏻

Five years ago, at the height of the pandemic in 2021, an emergency CS was performed for a mother in need. In that moment, saving lives mattered more than anything else.

Today, after five years, she came back 💝💝🥰 to personally settle her balance.💝

More than the payment, what touched my heart was her honesty, gratitude, and sense of responsibility.

Medicine is not just a profession; it is built on trust, compassion, and human connection.

Moments like this remind me why I chose this calling.🩺

To my patient, thank you for remembering. Your integrity means so much. (thank you for the hug)

Kindness and gratitude always come full circle. ❤️

Babies don’t breathe air while inside the uterus. Instead, they get oxygen through the placenta, which delivers oxygen-rich blood from the mother to the baby through the umbilical cord. Their lungs are filled with fluid, not air.
A baby takes its first real breath after birth, once the umbilical cord is clamped and they are exposed to air. ♥️♥️♥️
