Safety first, Valladolid!

Today, the Valladolid District Hospital (VDH) successfully conducted the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED). Our doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and patients actively participated to ensure that our hospital remains prepared, resilient, and ready to respond in the event of a real disaster.

An effective drill requires teamwork, and we couldn't have done it alone! We extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible partner agencies for their invaluable assistance, evaluation, and support:

Guided by this year's profoundly moving and urgent theme—"Light the Legacy: Remember. Advance. Act. Keeping the Light Alive."—our healthcare team lit candles to honor the millions of lives lost to AIDS-related illnesses and to stand with those currently living with HIV.
For our hospital family, this theme is a powerful call to duty:
