To all our valued customers and future clients, please take a quick moment to read our official store policies.
We love serving you, but we want to make sure we are always on the same page.
Please keep the following in mind:
📌 We are a Retailer, Not the Manufacturer: All products at Urban Clouds are 100% legal and undergo strict quality control by their respective brands. We do not manufacture these items ourselves.
📌 Test Before You Leave (No Exceptions): Our staff will always remind you of the do's and don'ts - even if you're a regular! Please test your products before stepping out of the shop.
📌 Our Warranty Policy: If a product is found defective inside the shop during testing, we will gladly replace or refund it immediately. However, once you leave the shop with a working product, Urban Clouds is no longer liable for any damages caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
📌Disposable Disclaimers: Disposable v*pes are meant for temporary use. Please handle them with care and caution. While we assess issues fairly, we cannot automatically replace items damaged by user error.

At Urban Clouds, we pride ourselves on giving fair, high-quality service - and often going the extra mile. In return, we ask for basic RESPECT and KINDNESS toward our staff, regardless of who is on duty.
We strongly believe that while the customer is important, respect goes both ways. We do not tolerate entitlement or rude behavior.

Para sa lahat ng naging at magiging customers ng Urban Clouds V**e Lounge, paki-basa po saglit ang ating friendly reminders para iwas aberya:
📌Test Before You Leave: Lahat ng products ay dumaan sa quality control, pero para makasiguro, i’test muna ang item bago lumabas ng shop. Kung may defect habang nandoon pa kayo, papalitan o ire-refund po natin agad.
📌 No Warranty Outside the Shop: Kapag lumabas na ng shop nang walang problema ang item, wala na po kaming pananagutan kung masira ito dahil sa maling paggamit (lalo na sa mga disposables na mabilis masira kapag hindi naingatan).
📌 We Follow Policy, Not "Customer is Always Right": Nakikinig at nagpapasensya po kami, pero ina-assess muna namin ang bawat item. Hindi po lahat ng pagkakataon ay tama ang customer, lalo na kung user-error ang dahilan ng pagkasira.
📌 Be Kind to Our Staff: Ang binibili po natin ay produkto, hindi ang pagkatao ng bantay. Sinasabihan man kayo nang paulit-ulit ng do's and don'ts, paalala lang po iyon para sa inyo.
