ADHD is a neurodevelopmental difference, not a lack of discipline or willpower. It affects how the brain manages attention, movement, and self-control, often showing up before age 12 and across different settings (DSM-5 TR, 2022).

Let’s replace judgment with understanding, and labels with compassion. Every child deserves to be seen beyond their symptoms, supported for their strengths, not shamed for their struggles. 💛
