Zamboanga City Medical Center successfully conducted its Mid-Year Suppliersโ Forum on August 6โ7, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to fostering collaboration, transparency, and open communication with its valued partners in health.
The two-day forum provided an avenue for constructive dialogue between ZCMC and its current and prospective suppliers. During the activity, the Materials Management Section (MMS) presented key policies and processes to promote a better understanding of the ZCMC's requirements and procedures. The HOPE (Head of the Procuring Entity), as well as representatives from ZCMC's Procurement Section and Accounting Section also participated in an open forum, addressing questions, clarifying processes, and discussing matters related to transactions with ZCMC.
Supplier partners actively participated throughout the discussions, sharing valuable insights and constructive feedback on ways to further strengthen collaboration and improve processes for the benefit of all stakeholders.
