Yesterday's Open Collar Ceremony marked another significant milestone in the journey of the 5th Generation of the Special Response Team – CODE BLACK, held at the ZAMBOPEN DRT Headquarters, Guiwan, Zamboanga City.

This ceremony symbolizes the trainees' commitment to uphold the values of discipline, honor, integrity, courage, and selfless service as they continue their transformation into dedicated responders.

The ceremony was proudly led by our Operation Head, CB01 "BLACK" Melbourne F. Encilay, together with our Senior Drill Instructor, CB34 "DOOMS" Deniel V. Dumdumaya, whose leadership and guidance continue to shape the next generation of CODE BLACK responders.

Congratulations to all trainees for reaching this important milestone. Continue to stay humble, remain disciplined, and finish the course with pride.
