Toxic friendships can be a major hazard to your health! Don’t be afraid to let go of people that you have constant conflict with, that don’t support you or even worse that put you down, that try to humiliate you, that love you conditionally! Friendships are relationships too and they can take a toll on your psychological and physical health! Unfollow, block, bye! We have enough things undermining our self esteem and holding us back! We don’t need friends that do that too! Everything proof rant over! Love yourself enough to make sure the people around you love you too! ✨
