Acne Scar Treatment — Before & After
Acne scars aren't all the same — and neither is the treatment. This case required a combination approach: ablative combo (Erbium + CO2 + TCA CROSS) to resurface deep, boxcar-type scars, followed by MNRF with PRP to stimulate collagen remodeling, and subcision with GFC to release tethered, rolling scars. Healing and visible improvement took 3–4 months of consistent sessions.
This is why acne scars can't be treated with a single "one size fits all" laser or procedure. Some patients need resurfacing, some need subcision, some need volumizing, and most need a combination — decided only after a proper skin evaluation. What worked for this patient may not be the right protocol for someone else with a different scar type or skin tone.
📍 Every treatment plan starts with an in-person consultation and skin assessment. Your scars are evaluated individually, and a customized plan is advised — never assumed.
