Dr. Asad Farooq (DDHO) conducted a comprehensive field visit to ensure the seamless delivery of primary healthcare services, accurate citizen registration and digital health profiling. Worthy Dignity prioritized the technical aspect of the field operations and meticulously audited the use of dedicated Mobile Applications used for real-time data entry.

Deputy District Health Officer personally observed the field teams engaged in community outreach, reviewed the step-by-step process of citizen registration to ensure that no household is left behind in the district’s health net.

Deputy District Health Officer chaired the Review Meeting for CHI Training & Registration

Dr. Asad Farooq (DDHO) presided over a coordination meeting with Deputy District Health Officer and Union Council (UC) Coordinators of the District. The session was also attended by dedicated teams of Community Health Inspectors Program.

Dr. Asad Farooq (DDHO) emphasized the need for a data-driven approach to identify unregistered populations and encouraged a proactive mobilization strategy: Targeted Outreach, Eligibility Focus and Facilitation in District Health Authority.
