Nabi Jan is showing the true face of a black sheep within the doctor community.

Let it be absolutely clear: we are speaking about this individual only. We have full respect for IDF and every one of its members. The majority of doctors are standing with us and supporting this neutral campaign for the collective rights and dignity of the doctor community.

However, this individual’s statements and actions are repeatedly damaging the unity, credibility, and strength of the doctor community.

Neither the neutral campaign nor the doctor community endorses, supports, or takes responsibility for his statements or actions.

This is the true face of the Nabi Jan whose actions are harming our collective cause. We will not allow anyone to divide the doctor community or weaken this movement.

Stay united.
Stay neutral.

The pressure has been building, and doctors are united.
We have only one agenda: a pay raise. This strike and the neutral campaign are solely focused on achieving this legitimate demand.

The government should approve the pay raise before any other organization puts forward additional demands or attempts to use this built-up pressure for personal or organizational gains.

Lastly, our neutral campaign has no representative mandated to meet with government officials, and there is no need for such meetings at this stage.
Our demand is clear and straightforward: we need the official pay-raise notification.

Until the notification is issued, our strike will continue.

All TMOs and HOs across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are requested to boycott all elective services from Monday.

No OPD — No Ward Duties — No Elective OT Duties

All HODs, senior doctors, and hospital administrations are requested to cooperate until the government accepts our genuine demand for a PAY RAISE.

This is our first warning to the government. If our demand is not addressed, the boycott will be extended indefinitely.

The MD has been removed as a result of a group of individuals threatening him and bringing weapons onto hospital premises. This is deeply disturbing, and the entire medical community should stand firmly against such intimidation and violence.

Anyone who accepts this position at this point,knowingly or unknowingly,is legitimizing a change in administration achieved through violence,force and fear. Any person who truly values the dignity, safety, and integrity of doctors should refuse to take this chair through such a disgraceful process or he will also be facing this sooner or later

ہم پچھلے تین مہینے سے انتظامیہ کے ساتھ مسلسل مذاکرات کر رہے ہیں تاکہ ہمارے جائز مسائل حل ہوں، لیکن افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ ہماری بات نہیں سنی گئی۔
ہمارے اہم مطالبات یہ تھے:
گرلز ہاسٹل میں HD کی رہائش ختم کی جائے۔
فرسٹ ائیر کی گرلز کو kgn اور DHQ کے ہاسٹل میں جو خالی کمرے ہیں ان میں شفٹ کیا جایے
چیف پرووسٹ اپنی ذمہ داری صحیح سے انجام نہ دینے پر عہدے سے ہٹایا جائے۔
فسٹ ایئر کے بوائز کو ہاسٹل میں کنجسٹڈ نہ رکھا جائے، ان کے لیے مناسب رہائش فراہم کی جائے ہاسٹل میں ان کے لیے فلٹر، سویپر اور دیگر بنیادی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں چونکہ ہمارے یہ مطالبات ابھی تک پورے نہیں ہوئے، ہم ان مسائل کے حل کے لیے کل احتجاج / اسٹرائک کریں گے تمام طالبہ اور طالبات کل بلکل تیار ہیں جب تک ہمارے جائز حقوق پورے نہ کیے جائیں
