DRUG CONTROL TEAM BUNER - INSPECTION REPORT
The Drug Control Team Buner inspected 17 premises in Tehsil Chagarzai and Tehsil Gagra today.
A total of 4 Drug Sale Licenses (DSL) were approved.
During the inspection, 6 medical stores and 1 mobile supplier were found in violation and charged as under:
1. Sale of drugs, including narcotics, without a valid Drug Sale License (DSL) and Narcotics Sale License (NSL).
2. One mobile supplier (from Mardan) was found involved in the sale of medicines on a motorcycle.
3. Two medical stores were charged for storing vaccines [Imatet Injection] at room temperature instead of the required storage condition of 2-8°C.
4. One medical store was charged for selling an addictive drug [Nalbuphine (Nalbin) Injection] without a Narcotics License.
5. One supplier from District Swat was charged for supplying medicines in an open Suzuki vehicle without complying with DSL conditions and without having a Drug Distribution License and an Authority Letter from the respective manufacturer.
All violators will be proceeded against as per the provisions of the Drug Act, 1976 and the Rules framed thereunder.

Drug Control Team Buner - Inspection Update*
The Drug Control Team Buner inspected various premises at *Jowar, Pir Baba Road, Buner.*
Total *5 medical stores* were inspected. Out of them, *3 stores were found violating the law.*
*Violations found:*
- No Drug Sale License
- No Narcotics Sale License
- Selling unlisted and unregistered drugs
Action will be taken against them as per law.
One suspected unregistered sample was taken for test and analysis to the Drug Testing Laboratory.

Today, the Drug Inspector Buner inspected 16 medical stores, including pharmacies at different maternity home centers at matak, dewana baba, budal , ghazi banda and sar qala top chagarzi Buner.
During the inspection, a total of 10 medical stores were charged for violations.
The violations included sale of unregistered drugs, sale of narcotic drugs without maintaining narcotic register, sale of physician samples, and sale of expired drugs.
Additionally, two wholesale distributors were charged for selling medicines without having valid authority letters from the concerned manufacturers.
All violators will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law.
Cases against them will be forwarded to the Provincial Quality Control Board (PQCB) for necessary legal action.
The crackdown against illegal and unethical sale of medicines will continue.
The Health Department is committed to ensuring the availability of safe and quality medicines to the public.

*Drug Control Buner Conducts Inspections in Chingly, Totalai village Dakara, nogram and bena maira & Gadezai tehsil village : gerarai
The Drug Control Department, Buner carried out inspections of various premises in *Chingly, Totai Tehsil Khadukhel and Jowar Bazar Tehsil Gadezai* last week.
During the drive, *6 medical stores* were found involved in different violations of drug laws and were subsequently *charged as per regulations*.
The department remains committed to ensuring the availability of safe and quality medicines to the public. Strict action will continue against illegal practices.

آج ڈرگ انسپکٹر بونیر ہارون رشید نے تحصیل چغرزئی کا دورہ کیا اور ایک موبائل سپلائر کے قبضے سے غیر رجسٹرڈ جنسی ادویات کی بھاری مقدار برآمد کرلی۔ برآمد ہونے والی ادویات میں Sildenafil، Tadalafil، Vi**ra 100mg، Vega 100mg، Sulpiride Capsules اور Cobra 100mg شامل ہیں۔
مذکورہ موبائل سپلائر ضلع سوات سے ضلع شانگلہ کے راستے تحصیل چغرزئی، بونیر کے مختلف علاقوں میں غیر قانونی طور پر ادویات سپلائی کرنے میں ملوث تھا۔
صبح تقریباً 9 بجے شاہدسر ٹاپ پر موبائل سپلائر کے خلاف کارروائی کی گئی۔ چھاپے کے دوران مبینہ طور پرsuspected جعلی Femila انجیکشنز سمیت ایسی دیگر ادویات بھی برآمد ہوئیں جن کے ساتھ مطلوبہ قانونی وارنٹی یا مجاز دستاویزات موجود نہیں تھیں۔
اس کے علاوہ گاؤں ٹوپئی، شاہدسر ٹاپ، گل بندی اور گاؤں اسنئی میں پانچ میڈیکل اسٹورز کا بھی معائنہ کیا گیا۔ ان کارروائیوں کے دوران Pregabalin کی بھاری مقدار، ڈاکٹرز کے لیے فراہم کردہ ایسے نمونے جن کی فروخت ممنوع ہے (Physician Samples – Not for Sale) اور دیگر کنٹرول شدہ ادویات بھی برآمد کی گئیں۔
برآمد شدہ ادویات میں سے دو نمونے ٹیسٹ اور تجزیے کے لیے حاصل کرلیے گئے ہیں، جنہیں ڈرگ ٹیسٹنگ لیبارٹری (DTL) بھجوایا جائے گا۔
حکام کے مطابق تمام خلاف ورزی کرنے والوں کے خلاف ڈرگز ایکٹ 1976 کے تحت سخت قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔

Today, the Drug Inspector Buner Haroon Rashid conducted visit to Tehsil chagarzi and recovered a bulk quantity of unregistered aphrodiasics Drugs including *Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vi**ra 100mg, Vega 100mg, Sulpiride capsules, and Cobra 100mg* from a mobile supplier.
The supplier was involved in the illegal supply of medicines from *District Swat via District Shangla to Tehsil Chagharzai Buner*.
The mobile supplier was raided early in the morning 9am at *Shahdesar Top*. During the raid, *suspected spurious Femila injections* and other *drugs without proper warranty/authorization* were also recovered.
In addition, *05 medical stores* were inspected in *Village Topai, Shahdesar Top, Gulbandi, and Asenai village*.
A *bulk quantity of Pregabalin , physician sample ( not for sale) and other controlled drugs* were recovered from these premises.
Two sample were taken for test and anylisis and will be send to DTL.
*All violators will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Drugs Act, 1976.*
