We successfully performed endoscopic biliary drainage in a patient presenting with obstructive jaundice due to a biliary stricture.
The procedure was carried out using Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), which allowed precise cannulation of the common bile duct, cholangiographic assessment of the stricture, and effective stent placement to restore bile flow.
