Established in 1988, Dr Muhammad Abdur Rehman first established Al-Mumtaz Physiotherapy with referance to the name of his beloved mother/heaven "Mumtaz Latif" at eye care hospital Jinnah Colony Faisalabad with spirit to serve the humanity.
