کیا آپ جانتے ہیں دل کی بند نالیوں کا اصل پتہ لگانے کا سب سے حتمی ٹیسٹ کون سا ہے؟ — Angiography بروقت کروانا زندگی بچا سکتا ہے
دل کی بند نالیاں اکثر آہستہ آہستہ بنتی ہیں اور شروع میں زیادہ واضح علامات نہیں دیتیں۔ کئی لوگ سینے کے درد، دباؤ یا سانس پھولنے کو وقتی مسئلہ سمجھ کر نظر انداز کر دیتے ہیں، مگر حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہی علامات دل کی بند نالیوں کا اشارہ ہو سکتی ہیں۔ اگر وقت پر درست ٹیسٹ ہو جائے تو دل کے دورے جیسے بڑے خطرے سے بچا جا سکتا ہے۔
Angiography
کیا ہے؟
Angiography ایک ایسا ٹیسٹ ہے جس میں دل کی نالیوں کو براہِ راست دیکھا جاتا ہے۔ اس ٹیسٹ میں ایک باریک نالی (catheter) ہاتھ یا ٹانگ کی شریان کے ذریعے دل تک پہنچائی جاتی ہے، اور ایک خاص رنگ (dye) دے کر نالیوں کی مکمل تصویر لی جاتی ہے۔ اس سے ڈاکٹر واضح طور پر دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ دل کی نالیوں میں کہیں بند نالیاں تو نہیں یا نالیاں کتنی تنگ ہو گئی ہیں۔
یہ ٹیسٹ کیوں ضروری ہے؟
کیونکہ Angiography دل کی بند نالیوں کی صحیح جگہ اور شدت بتا دیتی ہے، اور اگر ضرورت ہو تو اسی وقت سٹنٹ بھی لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ جب سینے کا درد بار بار ہو، ECG یا دیگر ٹیسٹوں میں شک باقی رہے، یا دل کے دورے کا خطرہ زیادہ ہو، تو ڈاکٹر اس ٹیسٹ کا مشورہ دیتے ہیں۔
اچھی بات یہ ہے کہ Angiography اب تقریباً پاکستان کے ہر بڑے شہر میں آسانی سے ہو جاتی ہے۔ جدید ہسپتالوں میں یہ سہولت موجود ہوتی ہے اور یہ ٹیسٹ ماہر ڈاکٹروں کی نگرانی میں محفوظ طریقے سے کیا جاتا ہے۔ بروقت Angiography کروانا اکثر دل کے بڑے نقصان سے بچا سکتا ہے۔
