محترم والدین،

ہمیں خوشی ہے کہ ہمارا سمر کیمپ کامیابی کے ساتھ اختتام پذیر ہو گیا ہے۔ پورے کیمپ کے دوران آپ کے اعتماد، تعاون اور بھرپور شرکت کے لیے ہم تہہ دل سے شکر گزار ہیں۔

براہِ کرم نوٹ فرمائیں کہ *ہمارا *سینٹر 18 جولائی سے 2 اگست تک گرمیوں کی تعطیلات کے باعث بند رہے گا۔**

*باقاعدہ تھراپی سیشنز/کلاسز 3 اگست سے دوبارہ شروع ہوں گی۔*

تعطیلات کے دوران آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ:

اپنے بچے کے روزمرہ معمولات کو حتیٰ الامکان برقرار رکھیں۔

روزانہ بچے کو بات چیت، کھیل اور سماجی سرگرمیوں میں حصہ لینے کی ترغیب دیں۔

اسکرین ٹائم کو محدود رکھیں اور مناسب حد تک جسمانی اور بیرونی کھیلوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کریں۔

بچے کو اپنی صلاحیت کے مطابق خود نگہداشت کی مہارتوں، جیسے کپڑے پہننا، کھانا کھانا اور ٹوائلٹ استعمال کرنا، کی مشق کرواتے رہیں۔

اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ بچے کو مناسب نیند، متوازن غذا اور کافی مقدار میں پانی ملتا رہے۔

ہم اپنے تمام بچوں اور ان کے اہلِ خانہ کے لیے محفوظ، صحت مند اور خوشگوار تعطیلات کی دعا کرتے ہیں۔
