𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗹𝗮 stepped forward under 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝟳.𝟬, turning awareness into action.

In collaboration with 𝗝𝗦𝗙, awareness and blood donation camps were organized across 𝟯 𝗞𝗦𝗕 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀, with 𝟭𝟮 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 joining hands for the cause and 𝟱𝟮 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 collected.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻 successfully conducted a 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽-𝘁𝗼-𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Through this initiative, 𝟵𝟮 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 were registered, while community members were sensitized about the importance of voluntary blood donation, particularly for 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 who depend on regular blood transfusions.

We sincerely appreciate our 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 whose cooperation made this initiative possible.

We are pleased to announce the formation of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 at 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱, one of our newly formed teams, successfully organized a 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 for thalassemia patients at the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱.

Alongside blood donation, the team conducted an 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗮, highlighting the importance of regular blood donation and encouraging more people to become lifelong voluntary blood donors for patients who depend on regular transfusions.

The team also observed the 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 at the Regional Blood Centre, gaining insight into how donated blood is processed and prepared for patients. Seeing this journey firsthand added another meaningful dimension to the experience.
