If you are stressed or things are not going the way you have expected.. and most importantly all of this is happening for a longer period of time then remember nothing is permanent in our life. the griefs, sorrows, pains , uncertainty do not last forever eventually every thing fades away with time..

But do you know what remains forever your responses and action in that particular situation..

remember to bring out light and hope even in worst situation it will guide your way towards solution.. you are born to help yourself and the people around you..

"Me Time" is time out from your daily routine for yourself.. me time helps you energize yourself.. regardless of your daily routine for example if your are mother, house wife, working women, men working hard for their families.. just try to take out at least 15 to 20 minutes for yourself..

"Me Time" can include different activities of your choice .like reading a book, meditation , just sitting with close eyes and relaxing , doing exercise and also doing skin care for women..

"Me time" enhances positive feelings.. it promotes physical and emotional wellbeing., it also reduces stress and fatigue..

Laughter is the best medicine!!!

This is absolutely true because when we laugh our brain releases endorphins which is a happy hormones giving us the feeling of being relaxed and happiness..

laughing enhances our physical and mental conditions positively..

Now the questions is why we laugh when there are hurdles , discomfort around us.. the answer is if start finding the reason for happiness or here laughing we wont be able to get or grab a moment for it actually...

But you can have your good full of life laugh life just now by observing something funny in your own surroundings!!!

Love yourself!! Because you are important..

What does mean?? It might confuse many of you people.. But self-love or loving yourself means appreciating yourself for your efforts, for your actions.. If we start appreciating our efforts we start growing psychologically, spiritually an emotionally..

Self-love would help us in recognizing how important is to take care of yourself, taking responsibility for your well-being and not allowing anyone else to discomfort or sadden us..

Self-love reminds us of our wellbeing and not to sacrifice our self’s and happiness while pleasing others.. If we start loving self we will love others as well…

Another useful technique for controlling your anger outburst is changing the way you think about the situation…If you people start practicing this simple yet highly effective technique you would have more control over the situation..

Why changing the perspective or your perception??

Because sometime after expressing anger we come to know that situation was entirely different only faulty perceptions lead to the aggressive reactions.. What happens next is guilt and embarrassment which is again frustrating and unpleasant feeling..
