Pt came with persistent pain in right upper abdomen since she had surgery for lap cholecystectomy some 4 months back. It was difficult inflammed gall bladder and was subtotal cholecystectomy. After assessment including CT scan underwent lap cholecystectomy (completion cholecystectomy) with adhesivelysis in right upper quadrant of abdomen. Alhamdulillah pt discharged and doing well on follow up.

30yr old lady had a lap chole in periphery came to clinic on 10th post op day with pain in right flank , anorexia and undocumented low grade fever. Clinically she had pulse around 100 normal CBC and bilirubin 2.1. Usg and CT scan shows fluid in subheading and right paracolic gutter and inflammed appendix 7mm. Underwent lap appendectomy and drainage of infected bile and wash. Discharged on 4th post op day with drain nil and uneventful.

A diagnostic laparoscopy for young female for pain right iliac fossa when she has all labs normal including ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and she has pain and tenderness in right iliac fossa. Torsion of dermoid cyst full of hair s (missed by usg) treated along with appendectomy

Total thyroidectomy done for 45yr female in life Care International hospital g10 markaz on 1st May
Labour day. On FNAC it was follicular neoplasia (thyroid cancer). Rt lobe show two lesion during surgery. Both recurrent laryngeal nerves and three parathyroid glands preserved during surgery. Alhamdulillah pt doing well
