Sundas Hoorain and Usman Latif successfully conducted a singing bowl meditation session on Full Moon Night to create a wave of harmony and healing of the root chakra along with providing aura analysis for each participant, at Soul Studio ~ Eco Haveli Banigala Islamabad.

SPIRAL PRAC TRAINING LEVEL 5: Just cleared ! In this we clear conditioning from & LOW SELF-ESTEEM. Feels like my body is now snuggled up in the coziest softest furry blanket! Ah the peace and the clarity! Warm fuzzies all over. Released and cleared some major stuff for myself and others! A big one for me today was clearing the shaming from my school bullies from my Confidence. I was shamed for my intelligence. Because I asked questions too advanced for them to grasp. It was quite intense. Later led into me playing small and not feeling safe shining bright. Well !

It is such a gift to hold space for someone as they bravely venture into their dark memories and free themselves from their icy grip! No reliving necessary, just activate the memory and release the programs & charge.

Sometimes well meaning mistakes in judgment by adult caretakers cause so much anxiety and suffering in us as small children and become a legacy we carry.
Sometimes the mistakes are not so well meaning but rather self serving. If your child shares something horrible that happened to them BELIEVE YOUR CHILD! I know you don't want to believe this could happen to your precious one. Believe them!!

My heart goes to all the child sexual abuse survivors who were not believed and instead were blamed as making up stories and causing problems. This can block potent souls from their expression for decades! It is NOT ok. If this happened to you, you're not to blame and shame. This is the shame of weak adults around you, it does not belong to you. You can rise from this, you can fully free yourself. The world needs the gift of your expression! You are a gift! Speak your truth. Take the plunge and free yourself! Bless the world with your transmission 🥰🔥
