Worst experience with Sugreve Islamabad.
I placed a delivery order on 28th May. Payment was deducted and later I got a call from sugreve that the required cake is out of stock in branch, but it was still available in stock on their website. When I asked for a return, I was told that it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Upon calling them the next day, I was told to wait till Monday 1st June 2026. Now it's been more than a week, they haven't processed the return. Upon contacting them, they say that they have highlighted the matter and the team will contact and resolve the issue but to no avail..bakes
