Successfully organized by Pakistan Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society (PAAIS) in collaboration with District Health Office Islamabad at Community Centre Aabpara, Islamabad.

This impactful health initiative provided free allergy care, testing, and awareness to the community during peak pollen season.

🌼 Free Pollen Allergy Camp 2026 – Community Health Initiative

We proudly organized and celebrated the Free Allergy Camp 2026 from 23rd February to 05 March 2026, providing essential allergy care and awareness to the community.

The camp was conducted under the leadership of Dr Shahid Abbas, Owner of Allergy & Asthma Center, in collaboration with Pakistan Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society (PAAIS).

🩺 Services Provided During the Camp:
✅ Free Allergy Consultation
✅ Free Allergy Testing
✅ Anaphylaxis Awareness & Training
✅ Nebulization & Oxygen Therapy

📅 Camp Duration: 23 February – 05 March 2026

📍 Locations included allergy care facilities such as the Allergy & Asthma Center in Rawalpindi.

🌿 This initiative helped many patients identify their allergy triggers and receive expert guidance for proper treatment and prevention of seasonal allergies and asthma attacks.

ECZEMA: -Is this your CHILD
Eczema or Atopic Dermatitis is a genetically determined immune disease.
Did you know eczema affects 1 in 5 children and 1 in 10 adults.
• Infants aged 0-24 months. Eczema is acute and appears on the face, outer surfaces of arms and legs, and trunk but the nappy area is not affected.
• For children aged 2-16 Eczema appears in the creases of elbows, knees, and neck.
• Adults above 16 years have thickened and excoriated plaques in the creases of limbs, wrists, ankles, and eyelids, upper trunk, shoulders, and scalp. Adults may have only chronic hand eczema.
Normal Skin prevents pe*******on of irritants, allergens, and microorganisms while the skin has skin barrier defects Such skin has water loss and oil loss leading to dry and flaky skin. So, the allergens and microorganisms can easily enter such skin leading to itching and eczema.
Children with eczema have genes of allergy so they develop asthma or allergic rhinitis or other allergic diseases. Important message for the parents and teachers, ALLERGY AFFECTS THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOU MUST CONSULT THE ALLERGY SPECIALIST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERIOUS ALLERGIC DISEASES IN YOUR CHILDREN.
